At Oroboro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
